How I Use Screenshots on My Phone

I’ve been trying new systems out for years to help me remember the important things I come across on my phone. It’s too cumbersome to try to locate my sketchbook and a pen to jot down these great ideas. So I just take a screenshot.

And screenshots last forever (until you update and forget to back up).

There’s a quick way to view this coveted collection of screenshots on an iPhone (sorry Android users).

Go to the “Photos” app and navigate to “Albums”. Scroll down to the bottom where you’ll find the options to view your pictures by “Media Type.” There you’ll find an option to view your cornucopia of “Screenshots.”

Here are the last ten great things that I’ve recently screenshot on my phone that I wanted to keep for future reference.
