Portsmouth woman celebrates her 100th birthday
I’m a little biased about this story. I should be though because the woman who celebrated her 100th birthday in this clip is my grandmother.
I can only imagine what she’s seen in her lifetime. She was born before Kool-aid, bread slicers, and the internet. In one lifetime, she outlived the Great Depression, World War II, segregation, the Civil Rights movement, the Vietnam War, the War on Drugs, Y2K, the Great Recession, and the pandemic that is still going on today. Amazing.
The secret to her longevity?

Happy 100th grandma!

Crazy Stories That PROVE Wilt Chamberlain Was A GOD
I went down a YouTube rabbit hole recently and stumbled upon some incredible stories about the man, the myth, and the legend that is Wilt Chamberlain.
Many may know him for his 100 point game in the NBA. What I walked away impressed about from all of these videos were the insane stories about his feats of strength. He was 7’1 with a 40 inch vertical and could bench 500(!) lbs.
He put Arnold Schwarzenegger to shame in the weight room even when Arnold was in his prime. He’s also in both the NBA and volleyball Hall of Fame. Note that he only started playing volleyball after he retired from the NBA but meant so much to the sport that he’s a Hall of Famer.
Watch the video hear some unreal stories about the strength and athleticism of Wilt the Stilt.

The Woman Who Put Gorilla Glue On Her Hair Is Finally Free
I’ve never rooted so hard for someone. Here’s some background on the story:
Tessica Brown, a woman who went viral after applying Gorilla Glue adhesive spray to her hair, has undergone a procedure to salvage what remained of her hair and finally brought to an end the ordeal that has captured people online.
How it started —
How it ended —
The hero of the story is Dr. Michael Obeng. I love his explanation of the whole process of coming up with the solution to help Tessica Brown out. #ScienceForTheWin

Music for the Weekend
Y’all gotta stop letting Jay-Z outrap the young dudes at 51. It’s a gift. Also, Nipsey sounded angelic per usual. He’s one we lost way too soon. #TMC
The whole soundtrack for one of the most anticipated movies of the year, “Judas and the Black Messiah” is great. It was curated by Masego (a fellow product of the 757 I might add). Give it a spin over the weekend and check out the movie if you can.
