You don’t become confident by shouting affirmations in the mirror, but by having a stack of undeniable proof that you are who you say you are. Outwork your self doubt. - Alex Hormozi

There's a direct relationship between confidence and competence. The more competent you are, the more confidence you will have. Set small challenges for yourself and accomplish them. Then set bigger ones and rinse, repeat.

Your confidence will grow as you increasingly go after and accomplish bigger challenges because you will know without a shadow of doubt that you can do hard things.

It is not your intentions, affirmations, plans, or strategy, but what you actually do that matters to growing confidence. Use the former things to motivate you and give you direction. Then get straight to action.
