Here's Your Permission Slip to Do

I was at a conference this past week, and one of the speakers, Ryan Leak, drove home a point I thought was important to share:
"There's something you don't have to do... that if you did... would make a huge difference."
What have you been putting off that would change everything for you?
For me, it's talking more publicly about my work and why I'm so convicted about supporting growing, employer business owners.
I've become terrible at finding people jobs. But in return, I've become excellent at helping people build scalable businesses AND a life they actually enjoy (two things that sound like opposites at times).
Being a business owner is tough. Being an employer is tougher. Doing all of it while also playing bookkeeper, contract attorney, and chief of staff is exhausting. But this is some of the most impactful and rewarding work anyone can do.
When people are called to leadership in this way, whether they're a W-2preneur today (having a full-time wage job with a business on the side they want to transition into) or they've already made the leap with some early success but still have another mountain to climb toward their $10M+ dream number, I want to be their most trusted advisor through the journey.
It's simple: I want my client's first million not to be their last. That only becomes true by building the right team around them while decreasing the time (and the guesswork) between today and their big vision.
So over the next 6 weeks, I'm going to write, talk, and post about this more, here and on social (and on a few podcasts).
That's what I'm committed to doing.
What is the one thing you will do that would make a huge difference in your life?

^ Someone recently asked what the emojis mean, and I realized I've never explained it to my newer readers. They stand for "Go with peace. Spread love. Improve every day. Give more." It's a mantra of sorts for how I strive to live.
