Happy Holidays

Take a moment today to be still.

Pause and live in the present. Smile a little bigger. Laugh a little harder. Hug those that you can a little tighter.

Life is precious.

It may be hard, but find gratitude for what we’ve lost this year. Be thankful for the opportunity we had to experience and sit with them before they were gone. Be grateful for the memories. Let them be a reminder to not take moments with others for granted.

Be joyous about the good that happened this year. Celebrate what has gone in your favor and the accomplishments of those around you. Dance, sing, and be merry for the good because we skip the celebration far too often.

Lastly, be humbled by the near misses. We know not of all of the painful things that we avoided because they didn’t come to pass. Be thankful that we eluded some worst case scenarios.

Breathe is goodness and exhale gratitude today.
