Friday's Too Good Not To Share: September 4, 2020

Delayed But Not Forgotten

Every Friday, I share other great content (with some added context) to dive into over the weekend.

Book: The Lost Art of Reading Nature’s Signs

If you are looking to connect more with nature, this is a good book to help you get started.

Tristan Gooley helps you unlock nature’s secrets. He also has the best bio I’ve ever read and holds the distinction of being the only human alive that has both flown and sailed solo across the Atlantic.

Just look at this tip below – if a cloud looks like it has a cauliflower floret at the top, it’s safe. It means that ice has not yet formed so any rain from it will be manageable. If it looks like the bottom picture and is wispy at the top, a storm is brewing.

Joe Responds to Charlamagne The God | The Joe Budden Podcast

There’s nothing in this world quite like a Joe Budden rant and this one is particularly important. News broke that he is leaving Spotify in September after signing an exclusive deal two years ago. Charlamagne appeared to speak down on Joe’s decision despite not having the full facts. This is Joe’s response.

What I took away from it is that Joe feels that he is walking in his purpose and is beyond just trying to get a check. He has a bigger vision in mind. We’ll see how this all plays out over the coming years, but as of right now, I’m #TeamJoe.

Listen to the full rant here [40 mins].
