Too Good Not to Share - 4.28.26
This deserves to be a 5 hour conversation. Steve Stoute dropped so many jewels in this quick 20 minute conversation but the one that stood out is about talent vs. fame.
In the past, you got famous because of talent. That isn't the case anymore.
Definitely worth sitting through the bad audio in this video to take in his words.

Quick Takes
A few other random thoughts:
- I really wish LeBron never went to the Lakers. It's been the worst thing to happen to my sleep cycle.
- I need a better system to get my ideas out. I love writing but find it challenging to make the time for it. Between sleep, working out, being a present parent, building an world-class business from scratch, and keeping the fire alive in the marriage - something had to give. Writing has been it. But I am committed to finding a way to share my best ideas so I may start treating my social media like I did my early days of this newsletter. Something like what's the best ideas financial or otherwise that I can share perspective on in 2 minutes or less. Or if you have a podcast/YouTube show I should get on let me know. Or connections with a place for me to write about my unified theory of utilizing money to make a meaningful better life.
- I recently put together some thoughts on How Money Actually Works that went over really well with a group of people that I presented it to. Because you're my beloved community, I'm sharing the slides here also (I'll have to give it again and put it on video next time - also, new tweaks will come as I clean up some things but the big ideas will remain the same).
