The world doesn’t need your humility—it needs your reckoning.

It needs you to stand fully in your power, to know what you’re capable of, and to act with intention. Too often, good people step back, mistaking humility for virtue and smallness for grace. But playing small doesn’t serve anyone—not you, not those who need you to lead, and not the world.

When you hold back, you leave a vacuum. And vacuums don’t stay empty—they get filled, often by those less capable but more willing.

The world needs you to rise—with authority, unwavering commitment, and the understanding that you are uniquely qualified to lead people toward a more virtuous outcome.

This year, don’t shrink. Show up. Be a steward of your power. Play big and lead with purpose. You were made for this.
