Every thought you have takes up mental real estate. The question is: does it deserve to be there?
Is this thought useful or useless?
That's the simple filter every thought should pass through.
If it’s useful, it adds value—it motivates action, sparks creativity, or brings clarity. If it’s useless, it does the opposite. It drags you down, creates doubt, or keeps you stuck in a cycle of overthinking.
When a thought doesn’t pass the “useful” test, let it go. Don’t overanalyze or wrestle with it—just release it. Useless thoughts are distractions in disguise, keeping you from focusing on what truly matters.
Your mind is your most valuable resource.
Fill it with thoughts that serve you and carry you to action, not ones that hold you back.
